Freshman Checklist
- Enroll in a college preparatory curriculum.
- Keep your grades up - from now on your grades will count towards college and will show up on your permanent record.
- Get involved in extracurricular activities at school.
- Volunteer in your community, church and school.
- Get to know your high school guidance counselor.
- Read and write everyday.
- Review for the PLAN test during the summer.
- Take the SAT and/or ACT for practice.
- Get to know your teachers, make good impressions on your teachers, they will be writing your college recommendations.
- Join T.A.B. Talk About Books. See Mrs. Schmiedebusch.
