How to Use the Photo Album Feature in PowerPoint (2000+)
  1. Open Up PowerPoint.
  2. On the Insert menu, point to Picture, and then click New Photo Album.
  3. Locate your photos, select them and click the "insert" button.
  4. Make any editing adjustments by using the rotate, contrast or brightness buttons.
  5. Under the "album layout" title select the layout and frame that you desire.
  6. Click create.
